Jimmy and his team were so thorough. They took extra care and treated our home with great care. And my sad wood floors that had a build up of waxing products over the years… I wasn’t sure what could be done short of a complete floor sand and redo. Well Silver Olas gave my floors new life. There aren’t enough words to express the GREAT work and service provided by Silver Olas Carpet Cleaning Company.  I was LONG overdue in having carpets, chairs, and kitchen floor steam cleaned.   Was always very hesitant trying to find someone who would do a good job and not ruin carpets or furniture.  After looking on Google and reading many of the reviews, I decided to call this company, as I was very impressed with the reviews and consistency of good work and what customers had to say.  I AM SO THANKFUL I CALLED THEM !  Jimmy, the Owner, was very nice, and when I told him my needs, he gave a very fair estimate over the phone, and scheduled me for service within the next few days.  The day of service received a courtesy call 30 minutes before planned arrival, and they arrived on time as planned !!  Rudy and Lance walked through the job with me, then gave me a firm price, and started to work immediately.  OH, MY GOODNESS !!!  They did a FANTASTIC JOB, very neat, professional, attention to detail, explained process as they were doing it, and very respectful of me and my home.  TOP QUALITY PEOPLE IN EVERY CAPACITY ! If you’re looking for trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, reliable carpet, furniture, floor cleaners,  look no further – JIMMY, RUDY AND LANCE AND SILVER OLAS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY IS WHO YOU NEED AND WANT to take care of all your cleaning needs. I had a great experience with Silver Olas. They were one of a few businesses who reached out promptly on Yelp with all the details. I wanted 1000sqft of unglazed porcelain tile to be thoroughly cleaned and sealed (grout+surface). My tile is relatively new (2 years old) but we didn't get a proper cleaning job after installation. It's a light sand color, so the stains can really stand out. There was a bit of grime buildup in heavy traffic areas, as well minor streaks of improperly applied grout sealer from the installation. I was given a very fair quote and a description of the cleaning job as well as the type of sealer that would be used. Jimmy showed up promptly on the day of the job. They used a couple of different scrubbing machines and worked systematically through the house. Everything was  cleaned and sealed within 4 hrs. Silver Olas did an amazing job bringing our tile back to life. We just moved into a house with 25 year old light-colored tile and it needed some professional help. Silver Olas was able to work around our hectic moving schedule and get the job done when it worked best for us. Jimmy was super knowledgeable and even very friendly with our young kids who were interested in watching the process. In addition to cleaning and sealing all of our floor tile, Silver Olas also cleaned and sealed our natural stone shower and bathroom vanity. It looks better than I could have hoped for! All of the stains, discoloration, and dirt are completely gone and the tile looks like new everywhere. I wish I would have taken photos before the cleaning to show how big of a difference it made. I will definitely be calling Jimmy at Silver Olas again when it is time to have the floors cleaned again.
